HeyBaji Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing the HeyBaji website at heybaji.cash, creating an account or using any service provided by HeyBaji, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the HeyBaji platform or any associated services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and HeyBaji with respect to your use of our platform. They supersede all previous versions of any terms, representations or arrangements, whether written or verbal.

HeyBaji reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, HeyBaji will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of HeyBaji's services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use HeyBaji's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HeyBaji operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling and will verify the age of all players before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted on HeyBaji's platform.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended HeyBaji account under any name or identity.
• You must register using your real name, accurate date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must ensure that gambling is not restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction under any applicable laws.

HeyBaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account's lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by HeyBaji may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your HeyBaji account, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. HeyBaji will never ask you to share your password with any staff member, agent or third party.

You must notify HeyBaji immediately at support@heybaji.cash if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. HeyBaji will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Log out of HeyBaji on shared or public devices immediately after each session.
• Update your contact information with HeyBaji promptly if it changes — particularly your mobile number used for payment withdrawals.
• Do not use VPN software or proxies to access HeyBaji from a restricted jurisdiction.

HeyBaji operates a strict one-account policy. If it is determined that a player is operating multiple accounts — whether under their own name or through associated persons — HeyBaji reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated bets and forfeit any balances pending review.

HeyBaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on HeyBaji is Rs 200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your HeyBaji balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• HeyBaji does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM PKT.
• HeyBaji does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are independent of HeyBaji.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposit on HeyBaji. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.

HeyBaji regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements and time limits that are detailed at the time of the offer. The general terms that apply to all HeyBaji bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The HeyBaji welcome bonus is available to new registrants only. It cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of the payment method used or account details changed.

• Minimum Odds: Where a wagering requirement must be met through sports bets on HeyBaji, a minimum odds requirement per selection applies. Bets placed at odds below the minimum do not count towards the rollover.
• Bonus Expiry: All HeyBaji bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: HeyBaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any bet or close any account where abuse of the bonus system is identified — including but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage betting or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

HeyBaji's marketing and promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Current active promotions are always visible in your HeyBaji account dashboard after login.

All bets and wagers placed on HeyBaji are final once confirmed by the system. HeyBaji will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where HeyBaji determines that a clear error has occurred in the odds or game outcome display.

Sports Betting:

• HeyBaji offers pre-match and in-play betting across football, cricket (including PSL), and other sports markets.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or voided before completion, HeyBaji will settle bets according to its standard settlement rules applicable to each sport and market type.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to system delays and latency. HeyBaji reserves the right to void in-play bets where it can be demonstrated that the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed during the bet placement process.

Casino & Crash Games:

• All RNG games on HeyBaji are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed on each game's information page.
• Crash games including Aviator use provably fair cryptographic technology. Results can be independently verified by players after each round.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a live casino session, HeyBaji will resolve the situation according to the recorded state at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on HeyBaji's platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential legal action:

All content on the HeyBaji platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of HeyBaji or its licensors. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use HeyBaji's platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from HeyBaji without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on HeyBaji's content or software.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of HeyBaji's platform or its underlying software.
